All orders placed before 1pm will be delivered between 6-9pm. By 1pm, all orders are being prepared, packed and ready to be collected and delivered.
For all monthly subscriptions, your juice cases will be delivered on the same date every month between the aforementioned delivery times.

If your juice is not handed to you directly upon delivery, we will text you a photo of it on your doorstep. If there is no phone number on your invoice, we will email it to you. Nature's Thirst Trap is not responsible for lost or stolen juice that has been left out for extended periods of time.
If you are outside of our local delivery zip codes and would like to place a special order, please call (323)800-7900 Monday through Saturday from 9am-1pm.
If you have any access issues to your doorsteps, please inform us by add it in the Order Notes. We will provide a tracking number.
